Screenshot documentation
Turn screenshots into clear, reusable documentation
Bundlepix helps business teams keep captured screens in sequence, add visual context, protect sensitive details, and turn the reviewed evidence into reusable documentation. Your team remains responsible for writing and approving the instructions.

- Human-reviewed documentation
The documentation gap
Screenshots are useful. Screenshot folders are not documentation.
Individual screenshots show moments, but they rarely preserve sequence or context. Operations, training and support teams still have to rename files, paste images into documents, resize them, redact sensitive information and maintain the correct order.
Bundlepix brings those capture, review and export steps into one Windows workflow.
A practical workflow
From captured screens to a reviewable document
- 01
Capture the screen
Capture a screen, window, selected region or supported scrolling page.
- 02
Review the sequence
Keep captured screens in the order that reflects the process or issue.
- 03
Add context and protect details
Crop images, add annotations and permanently black out confidential areas. Optional local OCR can extract text when Tesseract is installed.
- 04
Export the document
Compile the reviewed captures into DOCX, PDF or XLSX.
Business use cases
Documentation for the work teams already perform
Business operations
Support SOPs, process reviews, change records and operational handovers with ordered visual evidence.
Training teams
Create illustrated process guides and reference material that helps employees follow workplace systems.
Technical support
Document troubleshooting steps, reproduce issues and give escalation teams a clearer history of what was observed.
Documentation first
Keep the documentation job separate from the file-format decision.
Start with sequence, context, accuracy, and the needs of the reader. Once the reviewed evidence is ready, choose an editable document, stable review copy, or spreadsheet-based evidence record for the handover.
Compare Word, PDF, and Excel screenshot-evidence exportsBundlepix compiles captured visual evidence. It does not automatically write prose, make decisions or generate a completed SOP.
Local by design
Process captured content on the Windows PC
Bundlepix processes captures, annotations, permanent blackout, optional OCR and document exports locally. No Bundlepix account is required, and Bundlepix does not upload captured content. Users remain responsible for where exported files are saved or shared.
Straight answers
Frequently asked questions
Does Bundlepix automatically write an SOP from screenshots?
No. Bundlepix compiles reviewed screen captures into DOCX, PDF or XLSX. Your team adds and approves the written instructions.
Which document formats does Bundlepix support?
Screenshot and supported scrolling-capture workflows can be exported to DOCX, PDF or XLSX.
Can Bundlepix capture an entire scrolling page?
Bundlepix supports full-page capture for compatible Chrome and Edge pages. When a complete scrolling capture cannot be verified, it identifies the result as partial instead of presenting it as complete.
Can sensitive information be removed before export?
Yes. Permanent blackout is applied to captured image pixels before export and before optional local OCR processes the capture.
Does captured company content leave the device?
Bundlepix processes captured content locally and does not upload it to a Bundlepix cloud service. Users control where completed files are saved and shared.
Does Bundlepix convert screen recordings into documents?
No. Document exports are created from screenshot and supported scrolling-capture workflows. Screen recording is a separate Bundlepix workflow.
